The first step to being able to play Europe in Ruins: Reinforcements, is simply registering on the forum.
If you haven't done this yet, do so now by clicking 'Register' in the top left menu.
Once you've received your confirmation mail you will be able to post on our forum and register for the War..
Registering for the war will allow you to log in and play using the launcher program included in your download. You can register for the war by clicking the link in the upper left hand men (above the leaderboard) or by following this link:

Now enter your desired launcher Username and password, then confirm the password.
When you've done all that, all that remains is entering your 'Relic Online Profile' name
This is an example of a Relic Online Profile name, found on the Relic Online Profile Selection screen when logging into Relic Online (RO).
Users can have up to 5 of these, you may choose to use whichever one you like or you can even create a brand new RO profile for use with Europe in Ruins. Enter your desired Relic Online Profile name to complete the launcher registration process, ensure that it actually matches perfectly as an incorrect RO profile name will make you unable to call in units!
(The profile name is case sensitive!!!!)Now simply submit and confirm your launcher registration.
