You can unlock the doctrine selection but it's not available for purchase on Jumbos on the company screen.

Thanks. It looks purchasable in the launcher now. However the doctrine selection says it costs 20MP but it costs 30MU on the company page.
Does the scatter reduction affect canister shot? If so, I have some devilish plans.
