Requiem for a Tiger

This is to be the EiRR Funeral Anthem. For any vet 3 tank, or vehicle that dies honorably in it's struggle to defeat the enemy blight.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pHIZw5R9dCs
Lyrics(yellowed, highlight to see) :
It's out of control (out of control)
And there's nothing I can do now
Out of control (out of control)
Spinning softly through the blue now
And look beyond these walls
As the meaning starts to dawn
It's getting to the point
Getting to the point.
It's out of control (nothing I can do)
Like a fire that keeps on burning
And nobody knows (what I'm going through)
And the thoughts just keep returning
And all you had to say
Was that you were gonna stay
It's getting to the point
Getting to the point.
CHORUS:
It's getting to the point
Where nobody can stop it now
It's getting to the point
Of no return
And all that I can do
Is stand and watch it now
Watch it burn, burn, burn
It's getting to the point
Where reasons are forgotten
It's getting to the point
Where no one knows
And all that I can do
Is say I'm sorry
But that's the way it goes...
Getting to the point.
Forever
Is a long, long way
Forever
Takes your breath away
I'd like to talk about it, try to understand
It's getting to the point
Getting to the point.
REPEAT CHORUS
It's getting to the point (getting to the point)
Getting to the point (getting to the point)
It's getting to the point (getting to the point)
Getting to the point.

Like Jesus, Keeps died for us
He made a funny thread for bear, and got banned.
Now bear makes his own funny thread. It's unsurprisingly not funny.
Keeps died for our funny threads.

my poor vet 3 p ershing died recently
it died to a mine, which btw I thought I cleared but i guess he had two, got immobilized, field repairs didn't fix it and then i had to hit repair on the tank and cover it with smoke. It fought off multiple schrecks and at gun shots, which most missed and the ones thta didn't just bounced 'em until they brought up a schreck up close and finished it off (bows head) you will be missed.

"I want proof!"
"I have proof!"
"Whatever, I'm still right"
Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

I lost a vet 3 P4 to stickies, AB, and ATGs. He almost got away for repairs but "fireup" ABs finished it off. It died as part of a mission to get a vet3 sniper, great success.
In another game, Smokaz lost a vet 3 Sherman to Evil's Marder. Smokaz was quite unsettled.
fun times.

Now, this isn't a thread for mourning your dead shermans and pumas and stuff.
It's a thread about mourning HEAVILY for those units, remembering how they turned in place with a main gun destroyed, engine destroyed, affected by a OOC critical, just 10 metres away from the retreat zone for about a minute. In glorious slow-mo. With that song playing in the background.

This song would've been perfect for my pershing fighting off all those pak shots and shreck shots with them wizzing by the armor, bouncing off, smoke puffing around him while he sat there immobilized trying to field repair and failing there popping normal repairs hoping for a miracle and then when the final shot hits him me crying into the keyboard at the apex of the song :sniff: I miss thee! My 1st vet 3 heavy tank, i shall miss you!!!!!

Forgot to add "Repeatedly, till the person reminiscing his dead tank drops dead from exhaustion in tears".
