Can we get two new pages for the website ?

a downloads page, NOT A FORUM .. ie take a look at Planetcompanyofheroes for their download pages, http://planetcoh.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Replays.List.

this is a suggestion mostly for our mapping, as of right now the only way to find maps are to dig through the forums and as it gets more and more use and more and more people posting, it will continue to be harder and harder to find those maps, plus they could just link the downloads page to their map forum post easily enough.

darn it i forget the other one now.. hmm

I think an easier solution would be to keep the Map database thread up to date.  Currently it only has Unkn0wn's maps  Wink  If properly updated, I think that thread would satisfy our need for a one-stop map shop.

That said, the ideal solution will be to use the launcher to automatically update people with the latest version of their maps.  Either everyone would get all the officially approved maps or people would pick and choose maps and it would work like how firefox 2.0 automatically searches for updates to installed extensions.  Though, I think the former would be better because it ensure that everyone always has the same versions of officially vetted maps.

Working on updating.

Will also update the information & news sticky. It will however only contain finalised & Official EiR maps.
The Database will also containt beta stage maps & non official maps.

Perhaps fldash can link it to the top left menu in the future.
(That is once I update it fully Tongue)
