Teller mine HT bug

There's a bug when you buy a HT teller mine in the launcher it doesn't now show up in game

Why would the muni ht want to buy a teller :O Their normal mine is a teller that can kill inf too :p

Was, it got the m8 mine for the price of a normal mine for a bit but we fixed that.
