[PE] Hotchkiss CT

Do the Command tank work at the moment? I thought there should be a button to start the aura, but the button is nowhere to be seen, and I don't think there is a passive buff like for the CCT.

There is a passive buff, 20% less reload for all tanks.

Ok thx. my fault then I searched the forum for info about the Hotchkiss CT and found that it was an ability that lasted for 20 sec (half cooldown + reload + 15 range). But well this aint too bad either.
