I'm not sure, just getting it off from the Zaxis calculator to be honest. If its true I guess the Rifle Grenade still works. (Needs its smoke through)

But aha SMOKAZ, the slow ability's nerf dmg when using slow is cancelled due to a doc, so you can have a rape shoot out with them once u unlocked that tier
