Since the update yesterday of the EIRR.exe file I am unable to log into the client due to it crashing. Prior to the update I was able to log in. The following is occurring.
1. Run the icon, and the auto updater checks properly allowing me to launch.
2. Enter my user name and password, and the launcher correctly verifies my password. (does not let me go forward with a wrong password.)
3. "Logging in..." successfully passes.
4. "Retrieving companies..." crashes.
5. Client closes.
I have tried also a new user name and password, the same result occurs.

This is because you had a TAB stuck in your relic user name.
A new profile wouldnt - all fixed then
