What is required for me to register people for vent?

Its not that frequent but I do get occasional requests from newbs for me to sort their life out. Whether its due to the helper tag or the fact I am awesome I cannot be certain.

Anyway, user editor: dropdown box, select their name for login
Ask them a password or give them sp4m

At top (profiles) select Generic User from the dropdown box.
Click load

Click Add


Tell him to relog

I'm not sure I have the option. Right clicking and then going to user I only get Mute, Send Page, Private Chat and Lodge Complaint about.
