Who has a say on balance has nothing to do with who might or might not have a balance team tag =)
Actually it does, we have a very small list of people who actually have a say in this mod's balance and they all have the balance team tag that comes along with it.
I'd be surprised anyone of them has spoken out to being a member of the balance team, simply because they know that can get them removed. In addition, no single man calls the shots in the balance teams.
Like mysth said, you claim to know a lot about an institution you actually know very little about.
In regards to comments made by brn4me, I'd like to point out that even though he might have been stating his personal opinion, neither the pak38 or the pak40 has received a nerf.
Anyway next doctrine meeting is slated for saturday, same time I believe.
We'll be going over Blitzkrieg, Infantry, SE and Commandos and everyone is invited for direct feedback.
