You can have anything vet 3 on the leaderboard, it doesn't prove anything in short. I could get a bike there if I stacked all the time

Tigers just fail. And there's pretty much nothing there to give them that doctorinal advantage other than 2x tier 3s and only worthy one is the commander upgrade.
