did pool value on this get changed? I just played my old mandos company for the first time since I came back after like 6 weeks absence and I can't rebuild my company the same as it was before...which I already couldn't even max out all my resources on it...

I don't think so.

I don't see anything in patch notes either.

You have never been able to get a ton of tets before. Perhaps look at your build again and see if you added a extra callin of tets.
