A friend of mine (BandOfBuddies) was trying to change his email and sent it to the wrong one...can a dev send a new change email to: samelamegamename@hotmail.com for him?

What do you mean, change email?
I sent him a new activation mail if that's what you mean

He tried to change his email from his orginal to a new one the new one is typed wrong so of course he didn't get it. But he can't sign in without affirming his new email change.
