Corsix install problems

Hey, I've been looking into doing some modeling for the mod in case any new vehicles are wanted but I have hit a problem with Corsix. When I try to run it it pops up an error that I am missing a msvcp71.dll file. Well, I have downloaded one and have tried to install it repeatedly by putting it in C:\Windows\system32\

I reboot and it still doesn't work.

I then go to the run menu, go to the command prompt and try and register it with
regsvr32 MSVCP71.dll

Which then pops up this error

So now I'm wondering if anyone knows how to solve the problem, I haven't been able to find anything so far online.

Hmm what i did was put them in a folder on my desktop then run corsix but when i run a new mod the mod has to be in the game coh directory?. idk if that was the answer your looking for.
