Anything that's fast enough and hits hard enough can circle strafe a marder III & 50mm. Even a sherman can do it, but better (less risky) options would include M8s, m10s & m18s
Same with jagdpanthers & jagdtigers really, they're slow enough to circle strafe them reliably with all of the above units, though for maximum effect you'd be best off using M10s.

would you still risk a circle strafe while there is at least one other enemy tank or at gun which can give you a hit in your backside while circle strafing?

Depends on how many hits you might take, if its only 1 before you are out of its firing cone/LoF then yes, otherwise, just ATG creep and offmap their support until you send in the M10/M18 to finish them off.

Circlestrafing is usually only for 1vs1 situations, you're not going to last long trying to circlestrafe a unit when there's other AT support around. (Though sometimes sacrificing the m10/m36/whatever can be worth it, depending on how many hits you can get off before you die)

so if I try to circle strafe a marderIII I should get a jeep as an recon help to see when it is time for my m8* (Gh) to stop attacking the marderIII and to get back into safe zone...
* ...but it is so slow when not on roads... and since the last relic patch its pathfinding is so suicidal "Hi I am a Greyhound, plz shot my ass"

No, you should know when you pick your fights. And recon is essential for that.

yes despite how the boards always post circling m10 winzzz. chances are in about a few seconds you will be having a AT weapons on your ass.
Effective method is blobbing the m8s and harrasing heavy armor by dancing around it. I dont run m8s, so i dont know how easy that would be to control, and pray to god your allies show up with AT.

Circle strafing marder is easy, circling a 50mm is harder but possible.
Circle strafing a jagdtiger is also easy, but circle strafing a jagdpanther is impossible unless you got a m18.

And even then you can just reverse back and get shots off onto the M18.
Although this is all not tested. I know for a fact normal M10 can't circle strafe a jagdpanther, but gets close to it. So I am assuming a m18 can due to being faster, although this may not be true.
Requires testing. Maybe even try it with mobile armour T4 M10's and M18's.

Sharks are not monsters Henley, they are cute, cuddly and misunderstood. They love humans. sometimes they love TOO much. They love people so much that sometimes their kisses separate people into two flailing pieces which are consumed by other sharks in a frenzy of peace and joy.

Only problem with that is the pathing on the jagdpanther can screw up letting an m10 get behind you
