RCA and Can shot

Canister shots don't get buffed by the RCA doctrines do they?

The two top t3s probably buff it, since those t3s buff the stuart, and anything on the stuart.

Also, why should RCA buff canister shot?

Without buff's it kinda sucks, its insta suppression which is great on blobs, but it has no real kick to it. No power, doesnt make a diffrence wether you use it at max range or at close range.
