Should and/or could the offmaps on warmap be card based and not doctrine specific? This means everyone would eventualy gain an offmap and it would be more of a 'support from hq'.
Better offmaps like bombing run, rocket arty would be harder to get and the weaker ones like precision strike and strafing run more often.
Something similar to this is planned yes.
