the arty is fine imo. its only what, 3-4 shells and has 105 cooldown. also, while its firing its highly suseptible to anything, i mean ANYTHING assaulting it, including tanks.

ii've run in 2 95's on an arty firing 88 and destroyed it.

I agree and I have tried this with moderate success. However, unless you are 110% on top of your units when you hear the arty it takes time to move your units so they dont get molested by the incoming rounds, have them attack the 88, which assuming its a decent axis player will have plenty of defense around the 88, you still have to close the gap from where ur units were to in range to hit the 88. Assuming that you couldnt be that close to the 88 in the first place because of lack of cover or whatever...the 88 is done with its arty and ready to fire, if not already firing on your incoming units.

Granted these are worst case scenario but still the 88 goes from arty to direct fire too quickly. I dont mind the arty and I dont mind the 88 I actually like the mechanic I would just like to see maybe a five second window when the 88 switches from direct to indirect and back. its not much and could help the player that is on top of things to actually make a run at the 88 without having uber intense casualties.
