Need a Loading Screen Maker

Hey dudes,

Just getting ready to release a new version of 6p/8p Rouen. In order to finish it, I need a pro loading screen maker to put something spectacular together.

I've got the background image for the loading screen and I've got a fancy quote I want to put on it. I just need someone to put all of pieces together etc. You're free to add your name to the loading screen as well if you want (loading screen by: xxx)
