Someone help me with steam and xfire

I need help with the zoom out mod, i want to get it. also i need help with xfire, i can broadcast on coh but i can broadcast on world of tanks, i think its maybe because i have coh from steam.

You can broadcast on CoH but you can broadcast on WoT? So which is it, you can't broadcast on which?
