i cant log in !!!!

i cant log in
i open EiRR launcher then i add the username and the password
then it tells me "cannot connect to the server"
P.S: i closed the firewall and i have launcher account
but i dont have relic company of heroes account ,do i have to get one???!!!

i have a problem logging in even though i know i am entering the correct password and user name. i have attempted using my email as well but still no go
