Unable to Purchase Specialization and Unlocks have 105 pp

I cant purchase Specialization and Unlocks.

I have 105 pp and cant spend it. Im level 8 luft. I just noticed that i added a 6th advantage. I even have a block on tier 2 that i cant purchase. Total of 8 blocks red. My other armies are just fine. It seems I only have this problem with my luft. Does anybody have a answer to my problem???

Uglysori helped me he explained that theres a limit to how many blocks u can unlock on doctrine specialization thx
