Missing a file and i can't Launch the game '' Luoconfig.dll ''

When i launch the game it says i need '' Luoconfig.dll or something like this in my RelicCOH.exe ... do you know where i can download this file ?

i had this eror to start, if you have the game on steam ask steam to run a check to check the verification of the local games cacche, something like that name, that fixed it for me
