1. Does it have phase armor?
2. Is it a ballistic weapon or does the hits "connect"? I'm considering using the bottom T3.
3. Can it penetrate stuff? I noticed last game it wouldnt penetrate rear shot on pershing.
4. How is it's cover modifiers?

1. yes 2. ballistic. 3. tanks, no. Light vehicles, yes. 4. Same as a Puma. |

Stummel's penetration is rather weak but if its splash hits next to tanks it does some damage. It is puma phase armor and suffers from similar problems in terms of pathing as the puma does.
Its cannon fires somewhat slowly but certainly faster than GMC. Its range is lower than GMCs, if I recall 50 or 45. Its accuracy is kinda bull but when it hits it might kill one to two.
Crap vs cover and I do believe it is a ballistic weapon.

They are tougher than GMCs with faster rate of fire and an MG. Rabble rabble give my GMC M8 armor. it's still wonky driving and slow firing but it has more armor than halftrack so bump it up to m8 armor. Or compromise and give it unskirted M8 armor.

To compensate for this give Stummel 60 range like GMC. |
