What is EIR?
Its a modification for the game Company of heroes that modifies the game so that instead of building a base and getting units that way you are given limited amount of resources to build your army to use for battle.
It was originally started by a guy that used the username fldash but got to busy with other things that he had to let it go, later a guy that went under the username LuciferNZ took over what dash had done and started work on it.
