Restart your computer and do a virus sweep.

Your mom's pretty drastic.
Yeah, well, if his CPU is running at 100%, he most likely has so many viruses he's competing with Paris Hilton. Unless it's a hardware problem. Need a new heat sink and fan?

na, its not viruses, i just have about 100 games and my HD is full, so it cant get the resourses it needs.
BTW im using my ipod as a external HD but for some reason i have put 8GB on to it of files and it wont except anymore (it has 50GB of free space left) it keeps saying "disk is full" when it is blatently not.

Which has absolutely nothing to do with your HD being full.....
The most that would do is limit your paging file a bit and windows might get a little annoyed.
100% CPU use at all times is a little fishy, check heat levels, but also check and see how many processes are running, make sure you are not running and active scan of your computer due to a scheduled test, and make sure that you don't have a pile of viruses.
Again, HD full has nothing to do with CPU at 100%

sorted it out, a fat32 hard drive (which is in ipods) cannot take a file bigger than 4GB at one time, and what i had done it plonked eveything i wanted into one .rar archive. which was more like 30GB.

Lol 66 degrees? What kind of card is it?
66 degrees is not hot at all for some cards. Is it running 66 under full load or 66 idle?
