Well as some of you may know i cant play eir because steam wont let me log in. I have tried uninstalling steam, but now it wont let me re-install it. besides contacting steam, how else could i fix it?

when i uninstalled steam, the games folder never was completely deleted, should i just rename or relocate this folder and then try to reinstall steam?
