so I'm sure I saw a thread mentioning how not all reward units weren't tied into doctrines yet.  Can't seem to find it right now.  Anyways, elefant isn't getting 2nd repair from blitz-german engineering.  I'm assuming this is because it is one of the units not done yet?  Or is it a bug?  Anyways, just a heads up either way.

All "Wher" units have all "Wher" doctrines as it stands, but they do not have the PE doctrines. Your Elephant is technically a "PE" unit, so it's only got PE doctrines as it stands.

It's pretty high on my "Shit to sort out once I get the time" list, so expect that to be fixed soon_tm (I mean it)
