i have 0 grievances with steam, and i have experienced technical issues with it 2-3 times. perhaps other people have encountered more problems with it, but to me steam is a awesome service. dont have to look after your games, steam does it for you. i just hope they never grow into a company that think it's their responsibility to check your computer for breach of copyright, start with advertising or demand monthly payment for their services. i hope steam is doing okay finiancially so they won't need to change their model in a user-hostile way to make more money
