No veterans would be kept btw, any current reward unit in a company would be wiped (my poor marines) to my understanding so you'd still be starting with vet 0 units.

Alright, I was somewhat sure they'd be done at the same time. Well, doesn't really change my point. Veterancy would also be around in any earlygame example if someone was playing a lot/kept them alive well.

No fuel PE unit with HT mobility? It is a dream come true to most PE players- I personally prefer marder over a 50mm due to marder being able to last 1 more AT hit and it has higher damage output with its lockdown 165 damage per shot. Only let down in 50mm is halftrack pathing, which is shit.
