As much as I hate the Heat, I don't know if Indy has it in them this year to beat them. They took them to seven games last year, I'm not sure they'll be as effective this time round, even with Miami missing Mike Miller.

My money's on OKC in the West, Although TP has had a killer season, so has KD, and he's really coming into his own this year. You gotta figure the younger guys will be able to stick it out in what might be a 7 game series, which the Spurs have had, but they've had more time to recover than OKC.

3peat incomign, heat all the way

indy strugling so bad, got dat 1st sead in east after regular season and.. And thats it, they suck hardcore the last 2 month or so. Couple miracles happened in series vs atlanta to make indy go to semi finals. But vs heat they will fall down as they did the last season. Indy was known for supreme defense but now when it looks like miscomunication in team and hilbert failing hard its gonna be hard time for em to win something. Plus andrew bynum and evan turner killed team chemistry. so i say indy is out of race for title this year.

As for OKC i dunno man. All season Ibaka, KD and westbrook (after recovering trauma) were playing some heavy minutes all season long, so legs will be tired. Look at Spurs, coach Pop did great job maintaining big 3's (TD,TD, manu) minutes per game, actually as team leaders they played the fewest minutes per game in all NBA. So i (SU) say rested old and experienced guys > athletic guys (okc). Does not matter that OKC managed 4-0 beat SU in regular season it shows nothing. Also SU has the best team game in all NBA and OKC relies on KD and westbrook hiting mid range and wild shots.

I predict rematch in finals: heat - spurs. heat wins in 6 if oden will come back. Ofc heat will missl mike's miller's 3pt shots but still every1 under rates james jones who is very good 3pt shooter, he even won 3pt shot tourney few years ago tbh. So he can fire if he will have a chance. Plus ray allen and shane batier they r still here and they bring to the table so much potential. Keep in mind that wade has way better condition knees compared what he had the last year.

You bring up a lot of good points Shab, I'm glad we can agree on something!

I agree with what you say about the Pacers, I honestly think last season they got lucky and Paul George's momentum is what kept them going, I really don't think they can manage it this year. Put them in the Western Conference, do you think they get that no.1 seed? I don't. And yeah, they dropped 3 games to Atlanta and then 2 to the Wizards, both teams they should have rolled over, especially the Wizards with Wall playing like crap.

You don't rate OKC huh? I guess I'm a little biased as I love KD, but you are right about him, Westbrook and Iblocka playing heavy minutes, and they will have to rely on them even more this next series. Spurs are good, no doubt, definitely got the experience, but I think the longer the series lasts, the better it gets for OKC, but we'll see.

Either way, I think the Heat will win the title again if they go through, no matter if it's Spurs or OKC. I actually think they would beat OKC worse than the spurs, Thunder never been able to handle the Heat.

i am not a fan of KD at all. All he can do is score. He is bad defender, bad rebounder, cant post properly. And that scoring is build on team's effort create him free shots.
Look what happened in series vs memphies when tony allen took him under pressure with his 1v1 defense? LeBron is better defender than tony allen. Bigger, stronger, faster and more experienced. OKC dont have great matchups vs heat. KD < Lbj, westbrook < wade, bosh = ibaka. Heat has better and more experienced  bench as well. And finals allways bring high expectations and mental pressure for leaders. And i think 4 straight final runs for heat is main advantage they will have vs OKC young core players. I bet Durant and westbrook will fall down heavy in finals, i dont think they can handle all this spot light.
