I need a little help on this one..

Story in nutshell: I convinced one of my friends to try the mod, helped him to install, build coy, etc.. When we tried to play a 3v3, he got kicked 2 times in a row with the following desktop error-message: 'unable to create error report' . I hosted a 1v1, it worked just fine. Then hosted a 2v2, he dropped 2 times in a row during the loading phase.  Could anyone please help me out?
