General
1 - TheVolskinator's signature:
   Now contains the PIE (Pertinent Info (for) EiR) zipfile.
   Zipfile contains a readme, a working copy of Corsix (that you can run right out of the folder), a list of art credits for all the vehicles/skins present in the mod, an updated OOB (Order of Battle) and info document (in both notepad and .pdf) containing all of the research I conducted regarding EiR and its relation to CoH/real life history, and copies of the mod's locale (text) files. These last additions are for anyone interested in translating EiR into a language other than English.
   The file attachment will be updated periodically and I will apply a "modified on" date to my signature.

2 - MGs
   Have finally been nerfed across the board.
   MP prices universally set to 300 MP.
   All doctrinal bonuses to MGs now cost 25 MP across the board (i.e. Buzzsaw, +1 man, etc.).
   Pool cost of all MGs increased from 1 to 3.
   .30 cal MU cost increased from 20 MU to 40 MU.
   Vickers MU cost increased from 30 MU to 60 MU.
   MG42 MU cost increased frm 40 MU to 60 MU.

3 - Pre-game tooltips:
   Updated; some grammar mistakes corrected.

4 - Reward menu text:
   Has been updated; descriptions added for 116. Pz.Div (Panzer Infanterie; ex SE).

5 - Transport trucks (the 80 MP, 10 FU ones):
   May now garrison ATGs. Note that pre-garrisoning is not possible (to enable that would allow you to stuff them into HTs in the launcher; this might SCAR the game as HTs have not been coded to garrison ATGs).
      "ATGs" categorically contains: 57 mm (incl. AB and LnL), 37 mm ("Potato Cannon"), 6 pdr, 17 pdr (incl. Sabot), Pak 38, Pak 40, Pak 36 (Luft 37 mm).
   Percent_unload_on_death increased from 0.5 to 0.75 (% chance for passengers to survive if their transport is destroyed).
   Note: there is a visual bug where the two men manning the ATG turn invisible after exiting a truck--they still take damage and the ATG still functions properly.

6 - Vet:
   - Has been retooled across the board with many small adjustments.
   - Some values were incorrect (vs. what is displayed in the launcher) and were matched to their displayed launcher values.
   - Some bonuses have been changed; they will be listed on a unit by unit basis.
   - Not all squads have been modified--any not mentioned below will be updated with the release of R037 (which will be sometime after a Steam release).

US:
1 - Airborne
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.75 to 0.8.

2 - AB Rifles
   Vet3 rec. supp. bonus removed.
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.75 to 0.8.
   Leader now gains M3 SMG at Vet4.

3 - Deuce and a half truck
   Gains a top .50 cal (if garrisoned) at Vet2.
   Vet3 now grants +10 m range.
   Gains a top .50 cal (always manned) at Vet4.

4 - Engineers (incl. Allied Grit)
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.75 to 0.8.

5 - Glider Rifles
   Vet3 rec. supp. bonus removed.
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.75 to 0.8.

6 - M1 57 mm
   Numerous XP rounding errors fixed.

7 - M4(75), M4A1, and M4A3(75)W Shermans
   Vet2 now also grants -15 s Defensive Smoke recharge
   Vet3 dmg. and pen. bonuses removed.
   Vet3 bonuses are now 0.8 reload, 1.2 supp., -30 s Defensive Smoke recharge.

8 - M4A3(76)W Sherman
   Vet2 now also grants -15 s Defensive Smoke recharge
   Vet3 dmg. bonus removed.
   Vet3 bonuses are now 1.2 pen., 0.8 scatter, -30 s Defensive Smoke recharge.

9 - M10
   Vet3 damage bonus removed.
   Vet3 now grants 0.8 scatter.

10 - M18
   Vet3 damage bonus removed.
   Vet3 now grants 0.8 scatter.

11 - Marines
   Vet3 rec. supp. bonus removed.
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.75 to 0.8.

12 - Rangers
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.75 to 0.8.

13 - Ranger Captain
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.4 to 0.75.

14 - Riflemen
   Vet4 M9 AT RNade on leader (RNade w. zook AoE and target tables) removed.
   Leader now gains I&R M1 rifle at Vet4 (US Inf).
   Leader now gains M2 Carbine at Vet4 (US Mob).
   Leader now gains M1A1 SMG at Vet4 (US Arm).
   XP requirement for Vet1/2/3/4/5 increased from 6/25/62/125/167 to 12/49/123/250/375. US Inf only.
   Rounding errors for the other Riflemen have been corrected.

CW:
1 - BREN MMG Carrier
   Now gains a hull Boys AT rifle at Vet4.

2 - Commandos
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.75 to 0.8.

3 - Sappers
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.75 to 0.8.

4 - Tommies
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.75 to 0.8.

1 - Trenchbusters
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus reduced from 0.75 to 0.8.

WM:
1 - Grenadiere
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus increased from 0.75 to 0.6.
   Leader now gains G.43 at Vet4 (WM Inf).
   Leader now gains le M.G.26(t) at Vet4 (WM Mob).
   Leader now gains scoped StG 44 at Vet4 (WM Arm).

2 - Leutnant
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus increased from 0.75 to 0.6.

3 - Opel Blitz transport
   Rounding errors corrected.

4 - Panzer IV
   Vet2 1.15 speed bonus removed.
   Now gains 1.15 accel./decel. at Vet2.
   Now gains an LMG34 hull MG at Vet4.

5 - Pioniere (incl. Assault Training)
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus increased from 0.75 to 0.6.

6 - Volksgrenadiere (incl. Assault Training)
   Vet4 rec. supp. bonus increased from 0.75 to 0.6.
   Leader now gains an M.P.40 at Vet4.

PE:
1 - Assgrens and Flammgrens
Vet2 now also grants -15 s Sprint recharge.
Vet3 now also grants -30 s Sprint recharge.
Vet4 rec. supp. bonus increased from 0.75 to 0.6.

2 - FSJ

   New icon and portrait to set them apart from Repairmen in-game.

   Sandbag skirts upgrade removed (priced out to 9999 FU).

Doctrinal:
US Inf:
1 - Field Dressings
   Smoke cloud removed.
   Now imparts a 3x rec. dmg. debuff for 15 s after activation.
   Lifespan for wounded infantry increased from 40 s-30 s (max-min) to 120 s-90 s.
   Above applies to: Engineers, Marines, Rangers, and Riflemen.
   Role changed from "mid-firefight middle finger" to "post-firefight body recycle tool".

2 - Replacements
   Reinforce cost on Engineers reduced from 20 MP to 10 MP.
   Reinforce cost on Rangers reduced from 60 MP to 40 MP.
   Reinforce time on Engineers reduced from 20 s to 10 s.
   Reinforce time on Marines reduced from 20 s to 15 s
   Reinforce time on Rangers reduced from 30 s to 20 s.
   Reinforce time on Riflemen reduced from 20 s to 10 s.

3 - Supp. and Maneuver
   Supp. bonus decreased from 1.4 to 1.25.
   Extra range grenade ability now manifests as a rifle grenade deployment (visually). No statistics have been changed.

US Arm:
1 - Calliope
   Barrage recharge increased from 160 s to 240 s.
   Damage per rocket decreased from 50 to 30.

1 - Pour it on 'em (Calliope)
   Now decreases the recharge time of the barrage from 240 s to 160 s instead of adding 15 rockets to the # fired.
   Extra rockets removed.

Bugfix:
1 - Repair Kits (US Armor)
   No longer allow vehicles to move with the selection of some doctrine unlocks.


Commonwealth
Non-doctrinal:
1 - BREN MMG Carrier
   Vickers MG arc of fire increased from 90 ° to 120 °.
   Vickers visual location moved from the hull MG position to the pintle MG position.

2 - Sappers
   Reveal radius (while camouflaged) increased from 0 m to 3 m.
   This solves the issue of "literally undetectable" PIAT squads.

Doctrinal:

1 - Commandos

Players are reporting to me that there are two dataart.sgas (one that's ~326 kb, and another that's ~358 kb) that are downloaded. Each time a player runs the autoupdater, it ALWAYS says that it has one file to update (the dataart.sga) and will input one of the two (whichever one the player doesn't currently have). If two players have different dataart.sgas, it will cause a desync.

Run the autoupdater until you have the 358 kb-sized EuropeInRuinsDataArt.sga (the filepath is Company of Heroes Relaunch/EuropeinRuins/Archives), then use the non-updating launcher found in the EiRRLauncher folder (also found within Company of Heroes Relaunch) until further notice.

K98k is available on both 2 and 3 man pio squads. It may be hidden underneath the vet symbol. Simply click on the vet symbol and you will get the upgrade.
