IS it useful at all?

8% off infantry sounds like it would be good, but if that just KCH, volks, and grens? Or does it include them and weapons teams as well? Because 8% means for every 12 gren squads I produce I get 1 more lol. I'm just looking at my 3 T2s that I will go for. And well all 3 other abilities look much better. The only reason I could see someone going for strength would be for german steel.

My available companies:
Allies:
*AB company going for raid assault
  Infantry going for tank reapers
Axis:
*Defensive going for rocket artillery
  Blitz going for lightning war
And an experimental Terror company going for subversion consisting of all volks and two King Tigers

for a tier 1 or 2 it is very useful, helps flesh you out at the end!

Wouldn't zeal be more useful, improving your units as they take loses rather then giving you an extra gren squad or two?

And does it take 8% of infantry, or all non-vehicle units?

It counts for weapons teams, including snipers. It's an awesome ability.

Zeal *is* better, but these are only t2s we're talking about.

Well I'm planning on going T4 ordnance, and the only other T3 that I think I'd use would be the King Tiger, (V1s suck, unless they behave differently then vCoH ones, and I've never been impressed with firestorm) so I have to get sabotage. Knowing that german will effects everything that isn't a vehicle makes it much more appealing then I previously considered.

then you don't know how to use them.

1) Defensive positions are very, very common in EIR. Garrisoned buildings can be nasty if you don't have nades/flames/mortars handy.

2) You can wipe out a LOT of shit if you are smart in your placement.

3) Even if you do drop it right on their heads (Which is a bad idea usually), it forces them off a position and wrecks defenses so you can rush up

4) Did I mention that they basically obsolete howitzers?
