old war replays

is it possible to review replays from past wars? if so, how?

No its not possible. Due to the battle files being wiped I believe

i know there is a program that lets you watch old vcoh replays, no idea what it's called though Huh

*Defensive going for rocket artillery

The replay file doesn't mean anything without the battle files to go with it.
