Guess I'll go discuss politics elsewhere, shame.

Yea, you know locking threads because you may not like it really doesn't reflect the community, perhaps it should be based on reported complaints instead of your personal pro-EU feelings  Grin
Nah, that would be too logical.

I never made this post so anyone could flame akranadas, I made it to respond to someones point and allow them an opinion on my position.  That hasn't been the case so I am locking my thread.

Akranadas has done a lot for this community, you can hate him as much as you hate any of the 'team' or your mother for all I care, thats not why this thread was made.

Moderation will continue on these forums and we will have a sensible community that respects each other in the least.  or well ... you'll be

I am about as far away from Europe as possible; the EU doesn't affect me, the US doesn't affect me. All I know is that I have far greater experience living under my countries rule than anyone else who isn't in Australia. I can't comment on how good or bad the EU is because I don't like there; just like you can't comment on it either.

AmPm you've shown about as much attitude to calmly discussing topics in a clear manner as a fat man tries to stare at a cheeseburger, it always ends the same way.

As I said; majority of this community has shown little to no interest in raising the standard of the forums in this community. Raising the standard starts with the way you post. If unknown had properly explain what Ireland refused and what was involved with it more clearly then maybe it might have remained open, and also if there people replying actually took time to carefully back up claims they were making then maybe it would have remained open.

This community has serious issues with any forum of authority. Free speech doesn't exist on the internet, the internet isn't America or a democracy, and neither is this forum.
