drop hacks

in orginal coh its a pain but not really anymore whit the hidden trust rate
but in eir its yust dumb only times it desync if its not in beginin is when the enemy team has lost huge loads of vet
this is seriusly anoying and not fun specially for new players

send a PM with a replay to LAI, he polices these incidents and can in fact ban someone for them.
