http://wiki.coh-stats.com/index.php?title=Panzerschreck_(Wehrmacht)

Apparently the panzer shrek has 1.08 accuracy vs the Pershing.

Which would mean at close range it has 108% accuracy, medium range 81% and long range 37.8% of the time. Compared to other tanks which are 1 or less then 1. Any thoughts as to why the Pershing has eight hundredths of a chance more to be hit?

So is a Tiger/KT and they all have *looks at bazooka accuracy modifiers vs them* a higher accuracy modifier then the Pershing.... I feel dumb, lets turn this into a party thread!

Good question. Then again, bazooka shots can get bounced off Pershings so, meh.

Nah Bodybag wins, and Game Balance my ass. Axis ever since PE and all there building sized health tanks came, allies need more at. AKA a 105mm at gun. Which they had in the time period. Then we'll have game balance.

Agreed...if you field more than 1 tiger at once with some good AntiInf then the game is practically over.

105mm at gun... just turn the howitzer to ground level and fire. it worked for the 88, didn't it?

The 105mm gun is a Howitzer which means it fires a low velocity projectile. This means it won't work as well as a high velocity anti-tank / anti-air. If you really wanted a counterpart to the 88mm, then you'll have to go for the American 90mm anti-aircraft cannon that was used on the M26 Pershing.

Well, Panzerschrecks were never really that effective against Pershing anyways. It's the Pak Guns and Panthers that make American tanks cry. Also, I don't believe game stats are changed in EiR so you're better off posting this in the Relic forums.

i could only imagine how inaccurate that would be considering the 88 has a barrel 3 times as long.

I also hate the fact that PE buildings have so much health, I think relic really messed up when they made PE, or at least told us how PE would function.

PE was supposed to be a mobile faction, which they are with their AT guns (marders) movable, as well as their mortar and MG. But they said that the down side to PE would be that their base would be prone to being attacked... which isn't true in any sense. They have the best base defense in the game. Not only does the flak crew get healed when you upgrade your base, but it destroys infantry, wrecks light vehicles, but it's pretty tough to take out with on map arty as well. The only thing to really do is use snipers on it. And on top of that PE buildings have way more health, and are much harder to take out then wer buildings. Which once again makes no sense at all. Why give them the best defense against base rush AND give them buildings that are hard to take down?

Its so easy to kill a tiger as is, or a panther for that matter. Same goes for a Pershing. Heavy tanks are just a tasty snack for any well prepared opponent.

well. PE stuff is fast but also a tasty snack for tanks and well anything AT. I wonder how the british will work in EIR...their units are so different. they dont even have a mobile AT gun you have to build it...

Tym acctually no one is actually sure how it will work other than the fact that emplacements will be somewhat mobile in some form.
