Hey I just downloaded EIR and I did the install and its trying to do the update and it keeping getting error code 13, anyhelp would be great

its in control panel> security> check this computer's security status at the top> turn of UAC at the bottom it should be in a tab kinda thing.

i searched it in control panel and Turn UAC off came up but when I click on it nothing happens....

no idea then generally turning the UAC off disables hundreds of random popups when opening programmes and it should fix the problem if not i have no idea...

That means it has "run as admin" privileges. just turn of UAC it is a pain in the ass and idk how it protects your computer any moron can click "yes" when the pop-up appears.
