i was playing a game where as soon as the set up clock ran out i took two callies and an air born player droped his air bron with RR's and the weapons team thing that gives a mg, mortar and bosokar and rushed there spawn set up a denfecive line just out of the spawn buff then using his off map and my  two T4 callies we keep them at there spawn for about 7 min killing enough men to make it impossible for them to come back by the time the broke out due to the call in times and if they tryed to rebuild a large force at there spawn befor attacking i could just callie the blob

noW my question is because you are meant to defend forever cuz there there is no game time
Did i cheat or is attacking from the start when you meant to be defending a fair tactic ?

Being an agressive defender is a fair tactic although attacking someone's spawn is not exactly 'cool game'.
There's a spawn buff in place though, also shouldn't be that hard to beat 1 players 'spawncamping' to begin with, since you were sitting in the back with 2 calliopes rendering you useless between barrages.

Should post the replay, I'm sure it's more to do with your opponents getting caught off-guard and/or failing than with an 'agressive' strategy like this being 'OP'.

They did not use there spawn protection, it usually allows you to pwn enemys near your spawn unharmed.

Also you can easly bring out a counter to the thing camping your spawn anyway...

10 seconds' spawn invulnerability and damage bonus. Meh. Can't beat off spawn campers with that, they won't be able to beat off anything.

Its not cheating but please try not too put new players off this mod by making their first few games horrible. If they were unable to break out of their spawn it sounds like they would not be able to beat you in a normal way either so next time back off a bit and hope they stick with the mod.

I think it's bad player attitude or sportsmanship to spawn camp, I mean there is spawn protection for a reason, and if you are getting hit with arty, it's probably so far back 10 seconds isn't long enough to do anything. Def sucks if the player is new, and doesn't have a clue of what to do, or what the spawn protection does. Like said a replay would help clarify things. And as long as you weren't an ass after the game or maybe provide a little insight so they don't get slaughtered next time, I wouldn't consider it cheating. Though I know what it's like to be in the shoes of a new player and you are on the defense at your spawn from the very start. If anything we should see a post on here from the people you attacked asking for help if they are spawn raped.
