doesn't say what type of graphics card  Undecided

what's your budget? could always build your own system it's just like legos/lincoln logs. or if you aren't comfortable with that, just buy the parts then bring them into a PC store and have them put it together for like $50.

My PC runs Crysis on the highest settings with 4xAA on 1280x1024 fine, and only cost me $650ish, including the DeathAdder mouse. I'm pretty sure it'd probably cost around $450 now. Just buy the parts and have it put together, you'll get much more out of it.

a 256 MB vidcard isn't going to be a good one.
Take a 750 W power supply, a decent mobo, the same processor and RAM, then pop in an HD 3850/3870 or 4850/4870 from the ATIs, or a 8800 GT/9800 GT from the nVidias, and you got yourself a beast.

750w power supply is way overkill...most machines will run fine on a (good brand name) 550w psu.

not if he intends to have modability for the future, or if he buys a CODEGEN case+PSU(to save money).
Then he'd need a 750W.

that's a lot better, but...
That's a server, not a PC.
8 GB of RAM.
Gaming Rigs have 4 GBs of RAM as more than enough, and a more high-end vidcard than a 9600 GT.
Though, with that kind of price on it...
Buy it, then change the video card into a 9800 GT/GTX.
