1)Is FOO artillery still broken? Where is Victor Target?

2)What do Lieutenants and Captains auras actually do? Does the captain affect the entire sector he is in?

3)Since the 25 pounder is non doctrinal now, what is going to replace it in Royal Artillery doctrine? (voting supercharged rounds or unlockable FOO or victor target)

1) I hear no on the first one, and on the Captain for the second one.
2) Lieutenents provide offensive bonuses (damage, accuracy), Captains provide defensive bonuses (HP regen, received damage, not sure exactly what etc.), and yes, they effect the whole sector.
3) +1 to that question, I'd love to get supercharged, then mortar pits might actually be worth it...
