Connection Problems

I played a few games today and they all worked fine, but after trying to start up the EiR downloader so that I could watch DasGuntLord and NinjaJesus's game, I got the following error:

Error Type: 5
Error Code: 10054
Error Message: An existing connection was forcibly closed by a remote host.

This is a connection problem and could be cause by your firewall, or not having the latest launcher version.

Was it a one time thing or does it keep happening? At which point does it happen?

That link says Error Code 5, not Error Type 5.

It wasn't happening at all earlier, and this morning it seems to have fixed itself.
