Can not see my Troops or the enemys troops *BIG BUG?*

I do not know if this is on my end or sever side but I can not see my troops or vehicles. The same thing goes for the enemy. I can not see there Troops/Vehicles as well.

My PC specs are: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 (3.0 Ghz)
ATI HD 2400 Pro (Upgrading to an EVGA 9500 1 GB)
750 GB Western Digital Caviar Green Hard Drive
Gigabyte Mobo EP45-UD3L
Windows Vista Business
4 GB Ram

On top of this I cause allot of lag for other players even if I Have my Video settings at the lowest possible setting. (I really do not know if it is my computer or my Internet)

As for Company of heroes goes I am just running vanilla Company of Heroes. No Tales of Valor or Opposing Fronts.

I would really appreciate the help.

I believe I had this issue when I had a graphics card that couldnt support the correct shading for COH.

Game would lauch, sounds etc, ground.  But no units.

If this is the case, I would blame the graphics card.
Integrated is not for gaming

But i am not using an Integrated card my mobo does not come with one.
I am using currently an ATI HD 2400 PRO (PCI-E Card)

EDIT: I now Upgraded To an EVGA 9500 1 GB I will try it out and see what happens
 
This is Still an Issue I am going to Re-install Company of Heroes and Opposing Fronts then hope for the best
