It seems that I am unable to connect to any games in the actual EIR program. I am able to Run the launcher join a game and launch into COH. The problem starts when I try to join a game in COH. All I can get is an error message that states that I am running a different version of Company of Heroes. Has anyone else had this occur? I run the auto updater every time before I launch, and have COH patched up to date. I run on Vista 64, and use steam for COH

I did forget to mention that I did have to update COH through Steam this morning, and got to DL a 47.9 mb file.

And, that you cannot join vanilla multiplayer games aswell?

Is that correct?

Do you have any of your normal files modified? aka Skinpacks,Soundpacks and that sort of stuff ...

Make sure you're running the launcher/updater in administrative mode or issues can occur. The most likely reason is that you've modified your files in some way, other than patching. Or the patch didn't install correctly.

Looks like I have everything working at this time. Apparently Steam decided to tell me that everything was up to date when it really wasn't. I was able to run another update on COH through steam and get everything working again. Thx for the help and suggestions though.
