PP Vet for more fail units.

Do you think we should change having to spend PP on the smaller units like jeeps and unupgraded ht's? It would be nice to see some vetted up jeeps and ht's etc, without having to spend PP for them to die to one mine. Just consider us paying for it with omgwtf1337micro. Thoughts?

Cos i'd rather spend PP on more effective units, but vet 3 jeeps etc can help with gameplay for move sight etc. But i dont wanna spend PP on it to get owned by a mine or ninja pak.
