Just a heads up for all new accounts out there.
The resource advantages are now FREE, you no longer have to spend PPs on getting them for the remaining duration of the war.
Obviously you are still restricted in the amount of resource bonuses you can unlock. (One Maxed, one level 2 and one level 1)
We decided that this was a necessary step to give newer accounts a fighting chance in this stage of the war.
After the upcoming wipe we will likely introduce costs again but expect to see the resource amounts you can unlock somewhat lowered.
