The first thing I want to adress is the SP - PP decline. I like the idea, but there's something I need to know about how the system works. When you purchase 20SPs for the first time and it degrades to 15 for the second - will you ever be able to buy 20sps for 10pp again? I assume you can only once all of the original 20SPs are gone, which is ridiculous because if I have even one vet 2 unit then I wouldn't be able to buy 20SPs again. If you can't buy 20SPs again ever, then it's equally bad as it makes it harder to get SP when your company isn't even highly vetted.

Second is Luftwaffe Recon, which is VASTLY underpowered. From my understanding, almost all offmaps get a free use, or are going to when they're implemented. If this is the case, why does the recon not only get 0 free uses, but on top of that costs 2sp for the first, 3sp for the second, and 4sp for the third when it's only a MI? Even if most offmaps aren't intended to have a free use (which, looking at the wording on the doctrines, they seem to be), things like this should have a free use and not cost a ridiculous amount of SP.

As far as I can see, the SP costs only "seem" high.
Take into account you got 20 SP from just one game, and are paying 9 SP for all 3 uses of that MI. You're only paying less than half of your total earned PP per game to get those uses, whereas before it would have been at the very least 2/3rds(1 PP per extra use, 1st use free).

You're forgetting to take into account SP --> PP deterioration. You pay 9 SP for two games and then you get 15sp the next time, and 10 the next, and then you have 5 sp per game if you spend every pp on it.

Yes, if you lose a lot of veterancy SP will become cheaper again. I.e if you have a hundred games played but no vet or SP in the pool your SP will be very cheap. It only gets expensive as you have SP sitting in your company (either in the pool or invested in unit training)

The luftwaffe air recon is intended to circle the battlefield for a short period of time.  Somewhat like a Henschel.
It's also supposed to be 1 free use. Does it actually say 'completed'?

Yes, that was the first thing I checked. Currently it is 100% identical to the Newb Advantage MI, and has no free uses along with ridiculous SP costs.
