ive seen hotchkiss (2 pieces) today in action vs a huge tommie blob of 2 players.
result: 1 kill.

to smokaz: nebels only work so fine because we have so many arty campers playing allies.

Players now recieve the correct amount of PP for playing lower players
  10% rank difference, minimum 5 (From 20% rank difference, minimum 2)

I can't figure out what that means?  20% rank difference? huh?

What does arty have to do with nebels?  They rape infantry blobs and they are very good at killing support weapons too.

Previously:

A rank 3 going vs a rank 1 team would get 6 PP (20% of it was lost per level difference).  Now that same rank 3 is going to get 8 PP because only 10% is lost per level difference.  In addition, instead of getting a very low amount if you have a rank 8 versus a rank 2 (2 PP) you now get at least 5 PP no matter what.
