problem: i see buildings after i load up and i can't summon units

What i've done:
exzact name login and account etc etc
reinstalled 5 times
checked support
asked for help on teamspeak

are you starting the game through the eir launcher or through coh

Does the name you put when you signed up match your Relic online name exactly?  Case sensitive?

If you are running the game in Windows Vista, make sure the launcher has administrative privledges. That fixed this issue for someone else. (The launcher wasn't writing battle files to the COH folder and it didn't generate any error codes when it failed).

Snacks, you should have a file in your My Document\My Games\Company of Heroes\Logfiles directory called something like scarlog.txt
 - it'll have a datestamp in it.  Post it please.
